The fast-food joint will be rolling out a new menu from January 4, 2018, which includes $1, $2 and $3 items. The good part is, unlike the popular ‘Dollar Menu’, this menu includes costlier items as well.
The food giant first introduced its Dollar Menu in the 1990s but then it started altering the menu to include higher priced items in 2013.
As per, Chris Kempczinksi, president of McDonald’s USA, they have built this menu with variety and value in their minds.

The Dollar Menu: McDonald’s
McDonald’s on Tuesday announced its $1, $2 and $3 menu which is going to start from January 4, 2018. The new value meal would include breakfast items as well as regular and delicious cheeseburgers. This is the first time that McDonald’s is offering a Happy Meal in its value meal for $3.
The most economical items include cheeseburgers, a sausage burrito, sodas and McChicken sandwiches. A new chicken sandwich is on the menu for $3 alongside sausage McMuffin with egg. And the 2-piece buttermilk crispy tenders are returning to the menu costing $2. Below is the complete Dollar Value Meal:
The new value meal will offer items like McChiken sandwiches, sausage burritos, cheeseburgers and soft drinks of any size at the price of $1.
The $2 items include Bacon McDoubles, sausage McGriddles, 2-piece Buttermilk Crispy tenders and a small McCafe beverage.
The items on the menu for $3 include a new classic Chicken sandwich, the triple cheeseburger, sausage McMuffin with Egg and a Happy Meal.
