In early stages of asthma, using garlic can helps in clearing the congestion of lungs. You can boil 2-4 cloves of garlic in a cup of milk and drink it once a day.

Honey contains little amount of alcohol that can let you sleep well. You can mix the honey with water and can take it 2-3 times a day. You can also mix honey with cinnamon powder and take it at night. It will give you a proper sleep.

Vitamin C helps in the treatment of different type of asthmas. Leafy vegetables, beans, and nuts contain Vitamin B-9. These things reduce inflammation and allergic reactions that are somehow related to asthma. Some plant oils, seeds and nuts have a huge amount of Vitamin E while citrus fruits are the rich source of Vitamin C. These vitamins are antioxidants which detoxify the body. Vitamin D improves the immune system and also a response to microbial infections.

Mustard Oil

Cruciferous veggies

All the cruciferous vegetables are a rich source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in proper detoxification of the human body. Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, brussels sprouts contain sulforaphane which helps in increasing antioxidants enzymes. This compound also helps in treating problems of the respiratory system that are caused due to air pollution.
