The State Library
The state library was established in 1995. It is one of the biggest libraries in Chandigarh.They have a huge collection of books in different languages like Hindi, English, Gujarati, and Marathi.

A.C. Joshi library was established in 1947. It is one of the oldest libraries in Chandigarh. It is centrally air-conditioned and seating accommodation for over 500 readers are available. Beant Singh Memorial Library
