
With summers right on our head, it is time to go down a refreshing ride with some easy peasy beverages. So here are a few recipes to help you stay cool all season…
#1. Pineapple Lemonade
So sweet, so tangy, so refreshing and unbelievably easy to whip up!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
- Take a saucepan. Add a cup of water to it. Pour the sugar and keep the pan over medium heat stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool.
- Now take a large pitcher, add all the ingredients into it. Add 5 cups of water and serve it chilled.
#2. Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
Amazingly refreshing, sweet and bubbly.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups prosecco, chilled
- 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 6 sprigs fresh mint
Directions:
- Whisk together prosecco and limoncello, in a large pitcher.
- Serve with raspberries garnished with mint.
#3. Watermelon Slush
This refreshing Watermelon slush comes together in just 5 minutes with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 5 cups diced seedless watermelon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Juice of 1 lime, optional
Directions:
- Combine watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and 1 cup ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour the juice into a nice glass and serve chilled.
#4. Raspberry Peach Iced Tea
This lightly sweetened ice tea makes up an amazing summer drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 tea bags
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Directions:
- Boil 4 cups of water and steep the tea bags into it.
- Combine raspberries, peaches and agave nectar and blend it until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Whisk the peach raspberry mixture and ice tea together.
- Serve over with raspberries, peach, ice and mint leaves.
#5. Sparkling Cherry Lemonade
The sweet and refreshing drink that just require a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces cherries, pitted
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 cups sparkling water
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients and blend them together.
- Serve the drink over ice and sparkling water.
#6. Peach Prosecco Punch
Indulge in this awesome peach punch.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups prosecco, chilled
- 2 cups peach nectar, chilled
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
- Whisk together prosecco and peach nectar in a large pitcher.
- Serve it over ice, blueberries, and raspberries.
#7. Blueberry Lemonade
When life gives you lemons and blueberries, make a blueberry lemonade.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
- Heat a saucepan. Add one cup water, sugar and blueberries into it and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the berries break down.
- Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve.
- Whisk together the mixture with lemon juice and 5cups water.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
#8. Easy Berry Sangria

Ingredients:
- 1 (750 mL) bottle rose wine
- 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 ounces lemon-lime soda
Directions:
- Whisk all the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
#9. Strawberry Pineapple Mimosas
Pineapple + Strawberries = A refreshing punch
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 (750 mL) bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
- 1/2 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
Directions:
- Take a pitcher and mix orange and pineapple juice into it.
- Pour the mixture into wine glasses until half full.
- Now, pour some white wine into it and serve immediately with strawberry slices.
#10. White Sangria Sparkler
A refreshing, bubbly sangria loaded with goodness of fruits.
Ingredients:
- 1 (750mL) bottle white wine
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (750mL) bottle sparkling white wine
- 8 sprigs mint
Directions:
- In a big pitcher mix together kiwis, raspberries, peaches, sugar and white wine.
- Refrigerate it for one hour and serve chilled over sparkling white wine and mint leaves.
